Citizens can communicate to the Public Works Department a hazard, complaint, or other problem within the community that needs to be addressed simply by Clicking Here or by calling Public Work Department directly at (909) 291-2930, during office hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Upland Public Works App is another way to report an issue that it will significantly cut the time it takes to get issues addressed and can even notify you when the issue has been fixed. Add a photo of the issue, press submit, and your request is immediately sent to the City. Click Here to download the app, see all submissions and track them as they get completed.
To request copies of development related documents or plan for grading, street, sewer or water improvements, submit a Public Infrastructure Records Request form to Public Works by email, or call (909)931-4193. Click here to access the Public Infrastructure Records Request form.
