County of San Bernardino Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) was organized in 1941 and to date is the largest provider of affordable housing in the County. HACSB owns and/or manages more than 10,000 housing units and serves approximately 30,000 individuals throughout the County.  For more information click here.

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

HUD’s mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all. Inland Fair Housing and Mediation Board

IFHMB’s fair housing department is dedicated to providing information, investigation, education, conciliation, and/or referral of housing discrimination complaints, default and foreclosure prevention counseling services, FREE of charge to individuals and entities in our service area. Fair housing workshops are offered year round to educate housing providers, tenants, homeowners, and financial and lending institutions on the key aspects of fair housing laws.  For more information click here.

Upland Heritage

Upland Heritage was originally founded in 1989 as the Upland Historical Preservation Society, by a group of citizens concerned with the destruction of Upland’s historic homes and buildings.  The goals of the Society were to initiate a historic survey; form historic districts; get important districts and locations, such as Euclid Avenue; on the Local and National Registers; bring the Mills Act to Upland; provide educational materials for homeowners and businesses and to provide workshops to teach about historic preservation.  For more information click here.
