Pedal Yoga - FIT 119

This unique hybrid class combines 30 minutes of Spinning followed by 30 minutes of Yoga for the perfect cross-training session. Spinning will improve your cardio-respiratory fitness, increase fat loss, build lean muscle mass, and raise your body temperature for effective stretching during Yoga. Consequently, the Yoga segment will bring you back to balance by improving recovery from the ride, releasing tension in the muscles used in Spinning, improving posture, and promoting relaxation.
