Tai Chi/Chi Gong: Beg. A.M. - FIT 39

Tai Chi is the Chinese art of slow-moving meditation using dance-like, low-impact movements. Chi Gong is the development of internal energy (chi). In these classes, one will learn Tai Chi forms, meditation, slow diaphragm breathing and improve balance while increasing circulation and strength. These stress-reducing exercises are great for all age groups and especially beneficial for senior citizens.
