Downtown Parking Permits

Downtown Parking Information

How do I apply for a Downtown Parking permit?

Employees of the businesses located in the downtown area are allowed to use the parking lots behind the businesses. These parking lots are City owned and are limited to two hour parking. With a permit an employee is allowed to park in those lots all day. Permits are processed on a "first-come first-served" basis and will be ready 24 hours from submittal.

What is Needed?

An application will need to be submitted by the business owner. The application will need to be accompanied with an approved City of Upland business license and list of employees with their vehicle(s) information. See below for application.

Once this has been submitted and verified, permits will be issued.

The permits are to be displayed on the dashboard while in the city owned parking lots.

What is the cost?

The cost is included in your annual business license fee.
