Donation Program

The City of Upland Donation Program offers Upland residents the opportunity to enhance the City’s public parks, trails and facilities through the donation of item such as trees, benches, and other miscellaneous park items. The documents below provide information on tree species associated with a specific park sites and provide information on miscellaneous items such as benches, trash receptacles, and playground equipment that may be implemented through the program. Dedication plaques may accompany the items that are donated, unless there is a location safety concern. Donation of items is based on item availability. Donated items must be placed in areas with like items in order to maintain the harmony of the area. The City Policy regarding donations is also provided below. Please thoroughly review this document to develop a full understanding of City policies and limitations regarding donations.

If you wish to have an item donated through the donation program, a copy of the application can be found below. The application will need to be completed by the applicant and submitted to the Public Works Department for review.
